Tape the bottom end of the OASIS® Lady Bridal Bouquet Holder and cushion with the wool.
Now tape both ends of the handle. At the bottom end, tape over the wool. Pad the entire grab handle all around with wool.
Apply tape to both ends of the handle. Leave some wool protruding at the top end. Wrap matching color ribbon over handle, starting at the bottom.
